Frances I CinchBlock: Welcome Irene, from Konomi Network and Bree, from Darwinia to this collaborative AMA hosted on the Konomi Network telegram channel. To kick off this AMA, can we please get a short self and project introduction from the both of you?

Bree Yin: This is Bree. And I graduated from New York University. Now I’m the CMO of Darwinia. Darwinia recently announced our partnership with Konomi. Konomi is a Polkadot ecosystem star project. Glad to get connected! Thanks!

Yuqing: Hey everyone, this is Irene, the CMO of Konomi. I have 7 years of experience in social media advertising and community building. As a sole proprietor, I built relationships with and represented over 100 corporate partners in their online advertising campaigns, including Huawei, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, etc. My expertise is in communication and community building :)

I have been interested in blockchain and Bitcoin since 2015, so I participated in Bitcoin mining and ICO investment in the early stage. At the beginning of 2020, I felt that DeFi had brought application scenarios to the blockchain, so I joined the Konomi project founded by several NUS alumni. :) Thank you!

Bree, since this is the Konomi Channel, just in case not all members are familiar with Darwinia, would you also like to give us a short introduction to the project?

Bree Yin: Darwinia Network is a decentralized cross-chain bridge protocol building on Substrate, the “Golden Gate Bridge” of the cross-chain ecology. It provides the safest heterogeneous cross-chain solution that does not rely on third-party multi-signatures, connecting Polkadot, Ethereum, BSC, and other heterogeneous chains. Also, its main application areas include Defi, cross-chain NFT trading market, games, etc. Darwinia has successfully connected to the Polkadot Rococo as a parachain.

Frances I CinchBlock: Alrighty Since there are two projects in focus today, we will be going back and forth, asking questions in an alternating manner, so to continue the trend we had started, why don’t we start with questions regarding Darwinia first?

Bree Yin: Sure!

Q1. Tell us more on what’s Land and Apostle, and how to use them. With the surge in the Ethereum Blockchain(fees), what steps are the team taking to ensure that the fees required to interact within the evolution land are affordable to every participant? -@CryptoMania_007

Bree Yin: Darwinia ecosystem cross-chain game Evolution Land is going to launch the Defi+NFT mining system. So users are curious about where to mine, how to mine? That’s all about the Land and Apostles.

Land refers to the NFT land in the game where users can mine resources. Land can be purchased with our Native Token RING. Mined resources are tokens. Some resources have got Uniswap pools.

So how to mine? Apostles are characters in the game who do the mining job.

Frances I CinchBlock: I think we all can agree on that regarding Konomi! This partnership will surely shine light on both Konomi and Darwinia. Both are absolute gems, without a doubt!

Q1. How do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not spoken well? Do you have local communities for them to let them better understand about your project? — @Alviraafrin56

Yuqing: As you can see, we’ve received overwhelming support — — we’re emerging as the largest polkadot community at this moment with over 88k TG members and 60K twitter followers!!! Thanks you guys for that 👏👏👏

We have planned many exciting marketing campaigns down the road such as ambassador program and local community building. We’ve collaborated with many crypto KOLs world widely, regions including North America,ASEAN, middle east, etc. So we believe that our community hype will keep boosting with our 24 live admin and continuous the incentive Programmes.

Q2. Many new projects initially developed well, but then did not achieve the initial results. How will you manage and develop your project to gain a position in the market and become a good project in the blockchain industry? — @nickuiii

Yuqing: First of all, although our team members all came from different working backgrounds, we surely have professional working ethics. Our product started out with the mission to always prioritise the interests of our users. Last but not least, the trading model designed by KONOMI has been fully tested by empirical evidence. Therefore I’m confident enough to say that KONOMI will be an amazing project in the blockchain industry.

Q3. In your opinion, which is more important for the Your project and why ? Community, Investors, Market or Exchange? — @BenSTOCK

Bree Yin: Community is more important to us. So our staking provides high rewards for the community. Darwinia Network has a unique dual-token staking mechanism. The inflated RING will go to two pools equally, RING and KTON pool. Users receive their reward based on their staking percentage.

KTON is minted and rewarded immediately to users who not only stake RING but also lock RING for a specified period of time measured in months. The amount of KTON to reward is based on the amount of RING and the time frame to lock. This creates an interesting environment that various staking investment strategies might result in different APY.

Like say, you have got $1000 for investment.
