About Darwinia

Darwinia Network is a decentralized heterogeneous cross-chain bridge protocol developed using Substrate, focusing on decentralized cross-chain token swap, exchange, and market. Darwinia also serves as a critical infrastructure for single-chain application upgrades to cross-chain versions, including Defi, Game, NFT market, etc. Our vision is to build the future Internet of Tokens.

Why we do it?

The mission of Darwinia Ambassador Program is to enable those who are passionate about blockchain technology, familiar with Darwinia Network, and active in Web3 Community to collaborate with Darwinia to grow the global community.

We hope to hear about more from the community in different roles, no matter it’s fighting for a bunch of codes, crazy for an innovative idea, or needs help from us, we will treat it sincerely and gratefully;

Who can participate in?

Anyone can participate in the Ambassador Program;

Anyone can choose to do what they like and make a contribution to the community. Anyone who contributes will accept the reward and the applause from the Darwinia community!

What do we do?

To make it easier for everyone to participate in the Ambassador Program, we have developed two growth paths for you to choose from.

Technology Pathway

Two programs have been set up in the technology pathway:

Grant Program

Darwinia Grant will focus on funding the development of the Darwinia ecosystem, such as the development of the Darwinia Network, the development and maintenance of the Darwinia Appchain, and related theoretical research.

2. Bounty Program

We will rate the issues in Darwinia and invite community developers to help with the fix. Community developers can get rewards after fixing the problem and being reviewed. The rewards for fixing different levels of issues will be different.

Education Pathway

There are five roles in the community education pathway:

Content Creator:

Educate the community and the broader public about Darwinia through writing informative and insightful content in videos, blogs, graphic designs, podcasts, or any other artistic production form.

2. Meetup Organizer

Host online or offline Darwinia meetups/ technical workshops/hackathon, connect with local blockchain enthusiasts to educate them on what Darwina is, and discover the potential users/partners through discussion and communication.

3. Translator

Translate and share Darwinia-related content in different languages and expand Darwinia’s ecological application to non-English speaking communities.

4. Moderator

Keep Darwinia official social media channels (i.e., telegram, twitter, medium,etc.) informative, productive, and create a pleasant, sustained, and viable environment for community members in multiple languages across various platforms.

5. Experience Officer

Experience Darwinia Ecological Applications and submit detailed reports according to our requirements. Up to now, the tech team behind Darwinia has created various products on the way leading to Web3.0. For instance:

Evolution Land: A cross-chain blockchain game to showcase blockchain capabilities and onboard new users.
Subscan: A high precision data explorer and visualization for substrate-based blockchains.
