Crab, the Ethereum-compatible smart contract platform on Kusama, announced the availability of a new RPC service powered by Dwellir, a Polkadot-focused infrastructure service provider. It will bring powerful, functional developer tools to the Crab ecosystem and streamline the process for developers with existing deployments who want to expand to an additional chain.

This service is currently live and can be connected via these endpoints:

About Dwellir

Dwellir is an infrastructure provider for the decentralized web. They provide the RPC service for Kusama and Polkadot. They’ve received a grant from the Kusama Treasury to build and further develop an RPC service for Kusama. Dwellir has since then implemented the service and provided the RPC service to other substrate-based projects, now are working on improving the performance issues with the RPC code itself. Dwellir runs the infrastructure on their own hardware in partnerships with local ISPs.

About Crab Network

Crab Network is an Ethereum-compatible smart contract platform on the Kusama Network, which supports a full Ethereum-like environment and works with industry-standard Ethereum tools, DApps, and protocols. As a parachain on Kusama Network, it successfully connected to Kusama Relaychain, Crab benefits from the shared security of the Kusama Relaychain and will integrate with other parachains that are connected to Kusama.
